Being a Leader requires you to be on the field. Being a Cheerleader requires you to be on the sidelines rooting for those on the field. Leaders get dirty and know the tactical plays. Cheerleaders are loud, dance around and look pretty. Leaders know how to say when. Cheerleaders have to be told to stop. A cheerleader is  a function and the Leader is the voice. The moral is know if you are a leader or a cheerleader. If you pretend to be a leader and really are just a cheerleader say so. If you are a cheerleader and want to be a leader by all means get dirty in your passion. But remember Leaders lose games too. You just get back up and dust yourself off. There is nothing else you can do unless you want to waste your energy and time on dwelling.
